It also increases patient satisfaction scores, Increases the value of your discharge planners, as they gain increased knowledge of  available services, improved communication and must of all faster and safer discharges.

To Register a date:

Step one :  one : Choose a date for your event, will it be in-person or virtually? Events are one day, Monday thru Saturday, 2-4 hr intervals, for your departments convinces

Step two : Pick the size of your event: choose the number of vendors between 25-100. Take in consideration the size of the room the event will be held in

Step three : Register by filling out the ORGANIZATION CONTACT INFORMATION
form and secure your date:

Dead line for date selection is 21 or more days prior to your chosen Vendor Event Date.
